Description
The Baby & child Sleep masterclass will cover various issues that can interfere with a child sleep and therefore parents' goodnight sleep. It will cover overtiredness, one of the biggest sleep stealers, then Vicky will give some bonus sleep tips, Q & A's and ending with something special for the parents. Step 1 = Preparation Step 2 = Sleep environment Step 3 = The biggest sleep stealer Step 4 = Your first task Step 5 = Getting them to sleep! Bonus sleep tips and Q&A.
