Description
These classes are the perfect introduction back in to exercise for new mums, lots of core work, full body strengthening and lovely stretches.
The classes will be very relaxed so you can feed/ entertain your babies throughout, as well as take the class at a pace that feels right for you on the day.
I recommend waiting until after 6 weeks before joining these classes (a little later if you've had a caesarean) - obviously every body and every birth is different though so see how are you feel and we can always have a chat before starting if you're unsure.
