Description
Through yoga themed games there’s so much fun to be had, moving, bending, stretching mindfully. Even relaxation becomes an adventure as we explore ways to let our body breath and slow down.
Learn tools for self-regulation, relaxation, all while building body awareness, balance, strength and flexibility.

Children should wear comfortable clothes they can move in, and bring a bottle of water. If you coming to one of our Bring Your Baby to Vinyasa Classes, please bring a few things to keep you baby entertained. We provide a safe, and comfortable space for your baby. The studio is fully equipped with mats, blocks, staps and bolsters. We look forward to welcoming you to the studio!
