Description
These dance classes are designed to cultivate children’s imaginations and their ability to express themselves through movement.
Led by experienced contemporary dancers and utilising that technique as the basis, the classes aim to empower children to discover and explore their own artistic voice as well as develop their body awareness, self confidence and ability to work with others, in an inclusive, safe, nonjudgmental and fun environment.
THURSDAYS AT 3.30 PM ONLY

Children should wear comfortable clothes they can move in, and bring a bottle of water. If you coming to one of our Bring Your Baby to Vinyasa Classes, please bring a few things to keep you baby entertained. We provide a safe, and comfortable space for your baby. The studio is fully equipped with mats, blocks, staps and bolsters. We look forward to welcoming you to the studio!
