Developmental baby massage combines holds, moves, stretches and swings with massage. It helps to release held tension and emotions from birth, reduce and ease wind, colic and reflux. It encourages good posture, movement and a deeper connection with your baby. Mums, you will also learn gentle ways to understand and rebalance your own nervous system after having your baby and receive a shoulder massage at the end of each session. The hour-long classes run as a 4 week course. Who is Suzie? Suzie is our friend and holistic advisor. She is the person we turn to for natural remedy ideas. And she is a fountain of knowledge on all things aromatherapy, herbal remedies and skincare. Suzie is THE BEST when it comes to baby massage. She has worked with hundreds of parents and babies over the last 15 years, in particular helping young babies with difficulties like wind, colic, reflux, club foot - as well as massage for premature babies and babies with heart conditions.
