Come along to our FREE mums’ morning. Connect with other mums, regulate your nervous system in a cosy and calm space and enjoy a warm herbal tea.

Soul Rise holds space for you and your little one at the Beautiful Dawn Studios - a wellness space just outside of Leamington Town centre.

Our mums’ mornings are held on the 2nd and 4th Monday of the month by holistic therapists from the local community.

We have wooden toys available for our little ones and cosy and comfy floor seats for our mums to gather and talk about motherhood experiences and more in a safe and supportive space.
