SPECTRAL FLOETRY

My classes are a great way for children to develop strength and flexibility while having fun. Yoga has been proven to improve posture, balance and sleep. Plus, soothing mindfulness threaded through the sessions will relieve tension and anxiety.

My gentle teaching style aims to captivate kids’ imaginations, nurturing their empathy, compassion and encouraging young minds to take agency for themselves.

Each session tells a unique story inspired by nature, the seasons and world culture through movement and meditative moments. My background in art and craft blends with my passion for yoga to create immersive sessions incorporating tactile props and curiosities.

My aim is to foster children's self-expression so that they feel empowered with the best tools to navigate their unique path.

Size of class is 7 children maximum. Parents can either stay in the waiting area or leave and return to collect.
