Description
This class is led by a qualified preschool coach. This is a themed session where coaches will lead a group warm up, then teach basic pre-school gymnastic skills on the specialised equipment. Parents do not take part in this session but can wait in the cafe area and watch.
Welcome to Spring Gymnastics independent class. The gymnasts will come into the class by themselves and will be guided by the coaches to try different gymnastic activities using hand apparatus and the equipment.
Adults are welcome to watch from the open viewing area, grab a coffee or snack from the cafe and enjoy a bit of 'me' time!
