A 45 minute structured class for both parent and child, led by a qualified pre-school coach. This is a themed session which consists of coach lead warm up, hand apparatus, songs and apparatus circuits to help develop their skills and to challenge the different age groups. Children will need to be able to follow simple instructions to partake and get the most out of this session.
£21 per month for 46 weeks per year plus Spring Membership fee of £12 per year. Parents/carers are required to sign a disclaimer for public liability insurance – no personal accident cover is included, but members can register with British Gymnastics for £14 per year.
