Description
A 45 minute structured class for both parent and child, led by a qualified pre-school coach. This is a themed session which consists of coach lead warm up, hand apparatus and apparatus circuits to help develop their skills and to challenge the different age groups. Children will need to be able to follow simple instructions to partake and get the most out of this session.
Welcome to Spring Gymnastics parent and toddler structured class. You will be guided by the coaches to try different gymnastic activities using hand apparatus and the equipment. It is a great start to learning a little structure whilst having lots of fun.
