Mum & Baby Reformer Pilates Course — Stiwdio Glow, Cardiff
A six-week postnatal Reformer Pilates course designed to help you reconnect with your body, restore core and pelvic floor strength, and move safely after birth — all while bringing your baby along.
Each week, you’ll be guided through gentle but effective Reformer exercises by our women’s health–trained instructors. With small group classes, you’ll get personalised support and the confidence to return to movement in a safe, supportive environment.

1. When can I start the course after having my baby?
Most mums can join from 6 weeks postpartum (after a vaginal birth) or 8–12 weeks (after a C-section), provided you’ve had your GP or midwife sign-off.
2. Can I bring my baby to class?
Yes! Babies are welcome in class with you. We set up a safe space next to your reformer so you can keep them close while you exercise.
3. What if my baby cries or needs feeding during class?
That’s completely fine. You can stop anytime to feed, cuddle, or comfort your baby — this course is designed to be flexible and supportive.
4. Do I need Pilates experience?
Not at all. This course is beginner-friendly and tailored for postnatal recovery.
6. What will we work on during the course?
We focus on gentle core and pelvic floor restoration, posture, mobility, and building strength safely after birth.
7. What should I bring?
YouYour baby’s essentials (nappies, toys, blanket), a water bottle, and grippy socks for you. All Pilates equipment is provided.
