STONE SOUP GROUP

A creative workshop for artists aged 0 and up, led by local play collective Stone Soup Group. Come and explore clay, printing and textile art as you’ve never seen them before. We’ll have a feast of activities suitable for all ages (including babies), and we’ll show how you can develop the whole family’s creativity by using inexpensive, sustainable materials that you probably already have kicking around at home. Make your mark with clay, experiment with block print, make a weaving loom with us!

Stone Soup CIC is a grassroots community group offering inclusive play and learning opportunities for families with young children in Waltham Forest. Creativity is at our heart - all our play sessions involve a range of ways for participants to connect, and build community and belonging. We emphasise the collective: our name comes from a traditional tale of a delicious soup made by everyone contributing one ingredient.
Please come wearing clothes that you're happy to get messy!
