Description

Flourishing Baby Club sessions have been designed for pre-walking babies age from around 6/8 wks up, and contain a ‘little bit of everything’ to support your baby’s natural development.

Our friendly, welcoming classes include:

Baby Massage Techniques
Baby Yoga Stretches
Tummy Time Play
Music & Rhyme
Sensory Play
Baby Calming Techniques
Mindful Movement for Adults
Relaxation
Bubble time!
Getting to Know Each Other Time

A huge benefit of Flourishing Baby Club sessions is the opportunity for wider socialisation. They promote your baby’s social and emotional development by allowing them to spend time around other babies & parents. Of course that doesn’t just apply to the little ones, it’s great for new parents to have access to peer networks, new friends and positive wellbeing support - and this is a fundamental element of these sessions.

Classes are led by Nicola, who has years of experience running popular baby, toddler & kids yoga classes across Merseyside. She is also highly experienced in supporting child & adult wellbeing.

We want our classes to be as accessible as possible so we’ve kept the price as low as we can, at just £3.00. We don’t ask you to commit to a block of sessions, you can just book and come along whenever you fancy.
