Stretch and Shine Pilates for Kids & Teens offers age-appropriate, Pilates-inspired classes that support your child’s physical and emotional wellbeing through movement, play, and fun.
Led by Roberta Bass, a qualified physiotherapist and Pilates instructor, these small group classes are designed to build strength, posture, coordination, and confidence — all in a calm, welcoming studio setting. Whether your child is active and sporty or more reserved, these classes help them feel strong and capable in their own bodies.
Each session blends creative movement with Pilates foundations to support healthy growth and development. From playful games and storytelling to strength-based exercises, classes are adapted to suit the attention span, energy levels, and learning style of each age group.
✨ Minis (3–4 years) join in with a parent and enjoy story-led, play-based movement that builds coordination, balance and confidence.
✨ Movers (4–7 years) begin to explore body awareness, posture and control through fun games and imaginative Pilates-inspired movement.
✨ Juniors (7–11 years) experience more structured sessions that encourage good alignment, flexibility and strength, while keeping the atmosphere fun and friendly.
✨ Teens (11–16 years) take part in dynamic, posture-focused classes that promote strength, flexibility, and resilience — ideal for dancers, athletes or any teen wanting to move with confidence.

All classes are run by a DBS-checked physiotherapist and Pilates instructor. Parents are welcome to wait on-site in the designated space for classes.
