Description
A 12 week small group programme designed specifically for the postnatal body, whatever age your baby/child is. Babies welcome.
Coached by Lynsey (The Fitness Monkey), a specialist in pre/postnatal strength and corrective exercise, you'll progress safely from early rehabilitation exercises to full body strength training, focusing on rebuilding core support, improving movement confidence and gradually increasing strength.
This is a structured block, not a casual drop in class and only a few blocks run each year so once full, a new block wont start for few months.
Participants commit to the full 12 week block with guided exercises included between sessions to support progress.
