An 8 week postnatal strength training program designed to build lean muscle and rebuild your strength. You'll follow an individual program tailored to your goals, strength and fitness level which will increase in intensity every week, ensuring you lift heavier and see results.
You'll train twice per week with your trainer (one hour per session). What you choose to do outside of the session is completely down to your individual goals. After an initial consultation, we'll put together your individual program of nutrition, health, cardio and activity plans. We'll track your progress and provide ongoing support with regular check-ins.
Small group personal training enables you to experience all the benefits of a personal trainer in a team environment.
Teams are capped at a maximum of four, so you'll receive lots of individual coaching to perfect your technique, follow a program specific to your individual body and your trainer can ensure you get the most out of every session. You also benefit from the added sociability of training alongside other mums in a friendly and supportive environment where you can motivate each other.
Not only do you get an incredible training program you also get a strong support network of other like-minded women.
Sessions take place indoors in a location on the edge of Victoria Park with plenty of space for buggies and large comfy mats for babies to play on whilst you train.
