Description

A 'Mum & Baby' yoga class, focused on regaining strength and flexibility postpartum whilst involving and bonding with your little bear!
All movement is designed to be low impact but more challenging options can be given if desired. No previous experience of yoga needed.
Suitable for babies from birth until they are mobile, and for mothers upon sign off from a GP or medical practitioner - usually 8 weeks for vaginal, and 10 weeks for caesarian births.
This is a safe space and as a mum myself, I understand babies may not always be cooperative! Feel free to feed/ change/ comfort your baby whenever needed.
Following the 45 min class there will be an optional 30 min social with hot drink and biscuits included in the ticket price.
