Description

At sweaty mama we are pre and postnatal specialists. Our aim is to enable mamas to exercise and build strength whilst bonding with their baby! We are also trained in safe baby wearing so mamas can use baby as an extra weight! With mamas from all over the country going our classes we are so much more than just a fitness class! We are a community of women coming together to give support and understanding.
