Description
A fun, energising & effective 30 minute class designed to help you build full-body strength in a supportive environment. Whether you’re attending solo, with baby or with bump, the session is tailored to your stage of motherhood & fitness level. Expect a mix of body weight exercises, resistance based movements & focused strength training.
All health forms to be completed upon booking & before attending class. Suitable through pregnancy & 6 weeks postpartum if signed off by healthcare provider (12 weeks recommended after C-Section)
