Sweaty Mama is our signature babywearing class designed for mums to move, bond, and feel stronger, all whilst keeping your little one close. Your baby joins in with you, whether you're holding, babywearing, or interacting on the mat. Each session is carefully created to support postnatal recovery, with a mix of low-impact cardio, resistance, and core-focused movements, all to music you'll love!
