Babies, toddlers and preschoolers love Sweaty Mama.
Children from 6 weeks to pre-schoolers welcome
Exercise adaptations to suit fitness levels and the age/development of your child.
Pre and post natal specialists and trained in safe baby wearing too!
6 weeks course just £55 or come for a taster session- £10
Please wear trainers and bring water and an exercise mat if you have one. For baby, please bring a baby blanket and any toys/snacks as required.
