The perfect introduction to the pool and the our learn to swim programme. In our Level 1 classes, we teach you how to confidently hold and move with your baby in the water. We focus on relaxation and early swimming practices in a gentle way - perfect for young babies. Our classes typically include: safe entry to the pool, parent and child bonding, floating, body alignment, back swimming, small underwater swims and parent and baby swims. Our baby swimming classes are packed full of fun, progressive activities and of course songs and rhymes to encourage splashing and kicking!
