Description
Come into a space of nourishment, self-care, and joy as we reset, rebalance, and take time for ourselves. This is an opportunity to take time for YOU, to gather with other women and relax, recharge, and return home with a full cup!
We will come together for a yoga practice that will nourish our bodies and souls as we move through the first part of 2023. Our practice will include dynamic flowing movement, breathwork and meditation to remove tension and draw in new energy before taking some time to set intentions and journal. Then we enjoy a delicious brunch together before ending with a meditation and relaxation practice that will leave us feeling refreshed and renewed.
This event is open to all and is suitable for all levels, even if you're brand new to yoga; there will be options for you.
£35 inc all equipment, brunch, and hot drink.
