TAPPY TOES

Our mixed class is a combination of our Teeny Toes class (6 months - walking) and Toddles Toes class (walking - 2.5 years). It is a fun, energetic class encouraging carer participation, and has many benefits for the children.

*Talking to babies and toddlers, playing and singing together has been proven to help brain and body development.

*Clapping and action rhymes help to develop coordination and motor skills.

*Singing and talking to babies and toddlers helps develop communication skills.

*Standing or bouncing baby on your lap helps to strengthen and develop babies' muscles.

*Dance movements and exercises help to strengthen muscles and maintain flexibility.

*The use of props develops fine motor skills and hand/eye coordination and focus.

*Familiarity and repetition is the key to babies and toddlers learning.

*Joining in with your child is a lovely parent/carer and child to bond

The class consists of 30 minutes of free play combined with the Tots class and followed by 30 minutes structured class.
