Pregnancy Yoga with Cher
Cher will guide you through a connecting bodily flow that is both accessible and adaptable for self-practice, giving you tools you can return to throughout your pregnancy. The class focuses on stabilising and strengthening movements, helping you feel grounded and supported in your changing body.
Alongside the physical practice, you’ll explore the use of mudras and pranayama (breathwork) to calm the nervous system, deepen your connection with your baby, and prepare both mind and body for the journey ahead.
This is a supportive space to move with confidence, cultivate inner strength, and embrace your pregnancy with awareness and care.
Arriving at Yonder
Our studio is based inside Yonder, East London (E17). The building is fully pram accessible, with a lift to the first floor where the studio is located.
When you arrive, you’ll find Wild Grains Bakery on the ground floor – perfect for a pre- or post-class coffee and pastry. Inside Yonder, there are baby changing facilities available for your convenience.
We want your visit to be as smooth and stress-free as possible, so whether you’re bringing your little one in a buggy or coming solo, everything is set up to make your experience easy and enjoyable.
