TENNIS TIME

Tennis Time, a simplified structured tennis program dedicated to help children develop confidence in their own ability through small achievable tasks.

We use fun interactive games to help achieve developmental milestones.

Each session involves lots of movement and develops a broad range of skills including:

- Catching

- Throwing

- Spatial awareness

- Agility

- Balancing

- Coordination

- Following instructions

- Social interaction

- Working together / turn taking

- Racket skills

This class promises to develop an interest in Tennis which may develop into a future love of the sport.
