Description
This workshop will give you a solid foundation in hypnobirthing techniques, helping you and your birth partner feel knowledgeable and CONFIDENT as you approach your baby's birth.
- Learn relaxation techniques to help you release your fears around birth, connect with your body and baby, and feel confident in trusting your instincts
- Find out what happens in your body during birth, and how to work WITH it rather than against it
- Pick up some practical birthing tips
- Learn how to be a brilliant birth partner
Leave full of confidence in your ability to navigate any birthing scenario, and ask the right questions of care providers.
Please book one ticket per birthing team (you and your primary birth partner). It may be possible to accommodate an additional birth partner, please send me a message to discuss.
