Description
Are you pregnant? Do you feel like you’d benefit from some time focussing on your pregnancy and your baby, the opportunity to switch off from daily life, and connecting with other local mums to be?
This is a space just for YOU.
What’s involved?
- The chance to connect over tea/soft drinks and cake
- A welcome circle where you’ll get to know other mums to be, and you can share as much or as little as you’d like about how you’ve been finding your pregnancy
- A discussion about birth and motherhood (I’ll pick a topic each time, but suggestions welcome
- A guided relaxation where you can wind down and focus on you and your baby
