Expecting, new and experienced parents welcome!

@the_birth_project and @nataliewellsart have come together to bring you a calm, creative morning of painting and journaling to honour your pregnancy. This is quiet time just for YOU to relax and reflect (3 hours to get creative with cake + a hot drink- yes please!)💘.

Paint your own bump! @nataliewellsart will create a personalised outline (based on a photo) of your bump, guided by her, celebrate your body through the creative process of painting, and leave the workshop with a beautiful keepsake.

Time to reflect! Tasha from @the_birth_project will lead a journaling session. No writing experience needed; this is a private reflection for you to reconnect with the feelings about your pregnant body, explore the birthing process or set intentions for your postnatal era. Any words can be interwoven into your painting later, similar to Natalie’s artistic style.
