This training class is for 1 hour and we can use weights within the session. It focuses on rebuilding your body after birth, regaining strength, cardiovascular fitness and mobility. The babies will enjoy sensory toys, lights, uplifting music and watching their mumma move. All of the sessions follow a 4 week program, so there is plenty of opportunity to progress your training within each class. The classes are baby-led so if you need to feed, comfort or change your little one during the class then you can at any point. Once your baby starts to crawl it's time to progress to our other classes at The Drop.

A couple of things to note- Once your session has been booked on this page we do not offer refunds and we cannot reschedule missed sessions. Please make sure that you can attend all of the dates you book onto before booking. This is because we have limited spaces in our classes so every space counts. If you or your little one are unwell and cannot make it to the class unfortunately your session will be lost and you will still be charged. Thank you for understanding.
