Many parents stop breastfeeding earlier than they hoped, not because they failed, but because they were not given the right education or support. In fact, 8 out of 10 parents stop breastfeeding before they want to. I created this course to help change that.

My Prepare to Breastfeed course is a fully personalised, 1:1 antenatal breastfeeding course delivered in the comfort of your own home across Woking, Guildford, and surrounding areas in Surrey. I am a certified breastfeeding consultant and feeding specialist, and I support expecting parents who want to start breastfeeding with knowledge, understanding, and the confidence to truly smash their breastfeeding goals.

This course is also ideal if you have breastfed before but did not have the feeding journey you hoped for with a previous baby and want things to feel different this time.

Together, we explore how your body is designed to make milk, how milk supply really works, and why your milk is uniquely made for your baby. I will guide you through what you can do in the first moments after birth to protect and futureproof your milk supply. We will talk about normal baby behaviour, feeding cues, and what is biologically normal with breastfeeding so you can understand your baby with confidence.

We also cover common bumps in the road that can derail breastfeeding and how to navigate them calmly. The course can be tailored to any feeding journey, including pumping, combination feeding, or bottle feeding. Birth partners and your wider support network are warmly encouraged to join so everyone feels informed and confident.

This course is about replacing worry with understanding and helping you feel prepared, supported, and confident from the very start.
