A fun, sociable and interactive way to fully prepare for the birth of your baby, Group Hypnobirthing courses take place at a venue nr Alton in North Hampshire.

Courses are limited to a maximum of four couples in order for you to get the most out of your Hypnobirthing classes, and ensure there is plenty of time for you to ask questions and have your personal queries addressed.

The Hypnobirthing Group Course comprises four sessions, each lasting roughly 2.5 - 3 hours. Classes are scheduled over four recurring weeknight evenings or two weekend days.
