Description
Classes are informal, relaxed and flexible in structure. They are designed to meet all of baby’s developmental needs through touch, movement and music. Each week will cover a dry massage routine, baby yoga stretches, music and play, relaxation and treasure basket exploration. Running for 5 weeks, for babies from active/crawling until 2 years.
Each week you will learn practices to:
- strengthen awareness and bonding between parent and baby
- aid relaxation in both baby and parent
- stimulate baby’s development
- support language and communication development
- strengthen muscles and joints and improve overall bodily functions and wellbeing
- provide a space for parents and new mums to connect and find support and friendship
