THE HOMEGROWN LEARNING HUB

This course has been designed for children joining Reception in 2026. Starting school is a huge milestone for both you and your little person and we want to ensure you both feel prepared and confident before taking that step. Our Meet, Learn, Play course has been personally designed by Gemma, our Early Years Expert, with coverage stretching across the entire year prior to them starting Reception. Children will participate in a range of carefully designed and planned activities which will develop vital skills. Slowly building their confidence and independence, this course mirrors the seven main areas defined within the Early Years Framework, enabling your child to be more confident when exposed to such tasks.

Sessions throughout the course will be fun, relaxed and enjoyable for the child, allowing them to experience the expectations of a classroom setting, with their grown up, to ensure they are ready and excited to start school. In addition, adults will feel equipped with an understanding of what to expect: feeling confident and with a sound understanding of the Early Years Curriculum and knowledge of how to further support their child in their school journey.

We are a shoe free zone indoors so please do bring socks.
