THE LITTLE GYM

At this stage, progression is the name of the game. A natural "step up," Twisters build off of their existing gymnastics knowledge to develop new skills. A cartwheel becomes a round-off. A handstand turns into a handspring. This natural progression helps gymnasts build strength and endurance, conditioning them for more advanced skills down the road. In an environment where pressure is minimised and fun is maximised, our gymnasts happily strive for the next level.
