Giggle Worms is an energetic, confidence-building class for 4-year-olds that blends structured gymnastics with imaginative play to support physical, social, and emotional growth. With greater independence than younger classes, children are encouraged to follow directions, take turns, and explore more advanced movement skills in a fun, supportive environment. Activities are designed to improve coordination, listening, and self-control while boosting confidence and preparing children for more structured learning settings like school.
