Join us for Pre-Bugs - the perfect opportunity to bond with your baby and meet other new parents. These classes are designed to support new parents when they need it most.

Led by specialist teachers, these classes are a fantastic opportunity to learn more about the physical development of your child, and how to use movement as a tool to support baby's growth. There will be music, gentle baby gymnastics, signing and sensory activity and much more. And the 4 week course of classes is totally free!
