Description
The Mama Movement classes are designed to be the perfect blend of physical movement, social connection and opportunity to relax and restore ✨
A typical class includes:
1) A top to toe warm up and stretch out, working stiff and tired muscles and joints
2) Around 25 minutes of Pilates inspired post natal modified movements to target specific areas such as your core, arms and abs - options are available for all levels.
3) 10 minutes of vinyasa yoga, we start with a simple sun salutation before strengthening and speeding up the poses and introducing some standing warrior asanas.
4) An optional but 💯 encouraged post class coffee, lunch, wine with your classmates at a local cafe.
New mamas will be asked to complete a health questionnaire prior to joining (emailed after booking. By booking you consent to being added to our class WhatsApp group.
