The Mama Movement classes are designed to be the perfect blend of physical movement, social connection and opportunity to relax and restore ✨
A typical class includes:
1) A top to toe warm up and stretch out, working stiff and tired muscles and joints
2) Around 25-30 minutes of Pilates inspired post natal modified movements to target specific areas such as your core, arms and abs - options are available for all levels.
3) 10 minutes of vinyasa yoga, we start with a simple sun salutation before strengthening and speeding up the poses and introducing some standing warrior asanas.
4) An optional but 💯 encouraged post class coffee, lunch, or wine with your mama friends.
