THE MAMA SPRING

Our sessions are as much for you as they are for your baby, come along and join our little community and find your tribe! With this in mind, we start each session with the opportunity for you to have a drink and a snack. We will sit in our circle together and you will have the chance to share your experiences, worries and triumphs with the other parents, in a calm and safe environment.

Once we've spent some time listening and supporting each other, we will move onto some crucial bonding time between you and your baby. Each week will focus on a different part of your baby's body, with some yoga moves to support the massage, and the final week will be a celebration of your learning.

In week one, I'll provide you with a bottle of oil and then each following week there will be another little gift for you to use in the class and take home with you, along with a handout covering all of the massage strokes from the session.

This is all baby led, so if your baby is tired, hungry or needs a nappy change, that's ok. And sometimes they might just not be in the mood for a massage - that's ok too!

There will then be some time at the end of the session for you to have another drink and feed, change or just snuggle your baby.

You'll also gain access to a Whatsapp group with people from your course and the exclusive VIP Facebook group, where we can continue your learning, discussions and support.

Sessions are non-refundable, but if you have to miss a week due to illness I will do my best to arrange you a replacement class so you don’t lose out. If I have to cancel the class for any reason, I will rearrange it for another date or offer a refund.
