Ideally booked from 28 weeks onwards. The April Course is perfect for those due mid-May to mid-July.

Weekly 2 hour sessions, over 4 weeks

- Exclusive WhatsApp group for peer support for those 3am feeds,

- Postnatal party to meet all the little ones when the dust has settled,

- Ongoing WhatsApp support (from me!) 7 days a week 8am-8pm for any questions/concerns.
