We invite expectant individuals to join our nurturing prenatal yoga class, designed to offer a tranquil space for bonding with your body and your baby.

These complimentary pregnancy yoga sessions are proudly sponsored by the Homerton Hospital NHS Maternity Department, and are exclusively available to patients who have registered their pregnancy with Homerton Hospital. We convene every Tuesday from 14:30 to 15:15, with alternating sessions of prenatal yoga and mindfulness classes. We provide yoga mats and all necessary equipment for your convenience.

Please inform the reception at King's Hall that you're enrolled in the class. Sessions take place in Studio 1 which is located down the main corridor; take the first right and ascend a flight of stairs.
Do remember to bring your NHS or Hospital number for the class register.
