✨ NEW | Mama Mondays @ MotherBorn ✨️

Our Mama Mondays are all about refilling YOUR cup.

Non-mobile babies are welcome, but these sessions are for you. Each week brings something special:

Week 1: Get creative with a turning a simple jug into a thing of beauty (literally something to fill your cup!) with Shannon from @mummas_bubbas_makes_creates 🎨

Week 2: Relax and recharge with a soothing sound bath from @helen.phillips.77 🛁

Week 3: Gentle pelvic floor & fitness session to rebuild strength with @wendyfarrenphysiotherapy 💪

Week 4: Unwind with a hand, foot, or head massage with @alisonsbeautytherapies 🌿

Tea, cake & time to chat included every week - pick and choose which weeks you fancy.
