THE MOTHERS' SANCTUARY

In a Mother and Baby circle all our experiences are welcomed, given space, and seen. Everything is confidential in our private group of up to 10 mums, everything is explained at the beginning of our commitment to hold a safe and confidential circle space for each other and ourselves within the weekly blocks and beyond. My aim is in creating a sacred space for the monumental transformation of motherhood experiences to be processed and witnessed. Each circle will evoke different topics and themes within the circle, we will need to be the emotional container and hold each other emotionally within the weekly circles and be curious and open out our process. I am to create emotionally space spaces to unearth all themes and topics, such as: maternal shame, maternal rage, loss of identity, relationship changes, flaky friendships, being touched out, burnout, boredom and any other topics.

Come and be part of the change, make meaningful friendships and tend to your needs alongside other mums who relate with you, revive yourself to resource yourself in your motherhood transition. I am fully trained as Circle Leader and fully qualified in creating emotionally safe spaces for others. Jet
