This Mum and Baby Exercise class lets you train without needing childcare. Your baby stays with you while you focus on feeling strong again.
Each session targets core and pelvic floor recovery first. We retrain deep abdominal muscles, rebuild pelvic floor function, and then layer in safe, progressive strength training. Think squats, hinges, pushing, pulling, and carrying—done properly, with purpose.
You learn how to move well again. You understand what your body needs postpartum. You leave feeling worked, supported, and energised.
Classes are led by The Mum Bod PT, with expert guidance every step of the way. No pressure. No bouncing through pain. Just smart training that respects your postnatal body.
Classes run in Chester Hoole at The Old Chapel. The space is calm, welcoming, and perfect for mums and babies.
You don’t need to be “back to normal” to start. You just need to start.
