Description
The Better Birth Course is a birth preparation course for pregnant individuals. In the classes we move to alleviate pregnancy discomfort and ailments and to encourage our babies into a positive position and create space for baby. We learn breathing techniques that will help you to cope with your birth journey, we relax to a hypnobirthing based script (all teachers from The Village are qualified hypnobirthing educators), we educate about the birth process and birthing options and we build a community with socialisation time and a safe and secure space to share the pregnancy experience.
This course is suitable whether this is your first baby or your fifth, it can be started from as early as 16 weeks pregnant and many participants repeat the course as the movement and relaxation is so beneficial and relaxing.
