Description
This class is designed for anyone new or returning to lifting weights with a specific focus on technique. It's for new mums to focus on movement and strength while their little one stays close by - while also a great opportunity to connect with other mums, share experiences, and build a supportive community.
Mums must be 6 weeks postpartum to attend.
