Full body workout that is suitable for all mummies, even brand new mums.
All postnatal issues addressed and catered for so we can rehabilitate during the workout.
Bouncers, playmats and toys to suit ages 0-5 years.
Pushchairs are welcome into the workout hall so sleeping babies don't have to be moved.
Need to feed or cuddle little ones? Not a problem at all!
I will make sure you're able to keep on working out in a way that suits you and your little one.
20 mins boxercise (mondays), fully body workout (thursdays)
20 mins booty bootcamp
20 mins core, pelvic floor and ab work
If you are postnatal you must have been signed off from your GP after your 6 week check-up. This is 12 weeks if you have had a c-section.
If you have had a Mummy MOT or Back To Fitness Check Up with myself then you can attend the class before this guideline.

There is Free parking at the park but you must display a ticket.
There is additional parking on York Road which is free for 2 hours and no ticket required.
You must bring an exercise mat and water.
