THE NEW PARENT COMPANY

We are adapting our New Parent Postnatal class next term to open up the space to more mothers.

We welcome anyone with a baby 2 weeks - 12 months of age into the space where we will share, listen, support, guide and trust each other.

Having a baby can be a bit of a rollercoaster. Some wonderful highs, but also some times of frustration, loneliness, overwhelm, overstimulation, anxiety, stress and uncertainty.

During this class, we will primarily be focusing on you (although bringing your baby is encouraged!) And we will also focus on our other 3 pillars of sleep, feed and play. Mainly focusing on these aspects for you (optimising your rest, supporting your nutrition etc)

We will add movement, mindfulness and breathwork, along with other tools to help you along your journey.

For us connection is key. Being in a safe, empathetic space where you don't feel alone and can relax knowing that others are going through the same as you.

Led by a postnatal doula, we hope you'll join us for this 4 week class and spend some time connecting with yourself, your babies and a tribe of like minded and supportive women.
