Bringing together gentle movements to support your changing body, breath work, visualisations, birth prep, making new friends, brunch meetups and a beautiful 20minute relaxation. The class is suitable from 15weeks (unless you have been active or have done yoga for at least a couple of years beforehand). Feel free to drop me a message if you need any more information :)
